Requirements
Knowledge of Cloud, Kubernetes, Java, Angular, Mobile and Informatica
Experience with data analytics, cybersecurity, and technology analysis
Strong programming skills
Experience with Agile, team-based Software Development
Knowledge of emerging technologies
Experience with hackathons or similar events
Familiarity with business application development
Responsibilities
Deliver Nationwide's technology strategy
Work on one of Nationwide's 200+ Agile, team-based Software Development lines in core and emerging technologies
Participate in Nationwide-hosted hackathon to brainstorm ideas and create new business applications
Mentor, job shadow and network with talented technology professionals and senior-level executives throughout Nationwide Technology
Perform meaningful and integral work to Nationwide's operations and business objectives
Apply hands-on programming to create new business applications
Work closely with business partners to brainstorm ideas

Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in a technology-related discipline
Minimum 3.2 GPA preferred
Strong commitment to teamwork and learning
Within 2-3 semesters of graduation
Ability to work 40 hours/week during the 12-week program
