The Reporting and Analytics team within Procurement and Vendor Management (PVM) at Navy Federal is looking to support internal stakeholders and business units across the organization with strategic reporting and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Skilled in pivot tables, lookups, and chart creation.
- Data Analysis: Ability to extract insights from raw data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Dashboard Development: Capable of designing intuitive dashboards and applying visual storytelling techniques.
- ERP Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle or PeopleSoft query tools (preferred but not required)
- Database Management: Proficient in Microsoft Access
- Working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying
Responsibilities
- Refresh reporting databases and generate final reports for distribution to the PVM team and business units.
- Build, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards to meet evolving reporting needs.
- Gather and document requirements for dashboard development and reporting enhancements.
- Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and complete assigned ServiceNow tickets.
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of quarterly business unit dashboards.
- Assist with Internal Audit and NCUA data requests as needed.
