The Data, Systems and Special Projects division of Workplace Infrastructure and Logistics (WIL) is looking to lay the foundation for data governance and data analytics practices for the department, specifically focusing on solutions for divisions to adopt effective data utilization practices while aligning to enterprise-wide governance landscape.
Requirements
- Familiarity with data querying, reporting, and analysis
- Experience with at least one: PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Data Bricks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Advanced Excel
- Basic skills interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of information
Responsibilities
- Develop/refine reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Data automation, collection, processing, cleaning, and analysis
- Identifying actionable insights
- Prepare/collaborate on presentations and reports
- Interview Stakeholders
- Support data governance and compliance initiatives and projects
- Perform data collection, processing, and cleaning

- Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later
