Navy Federal Credit Union's Business Analytics & Data Science Team is looking to solve complex, high-value business problems by applying advanced data science, statistical modeling, and business intelligence to uncover insights that drive strategic marketing decisions. The goal is to empower the Marketing team to deliver personalized, data-informed experiences that deepen member relationships, optimize campaign performance, and fuel growth across channels.
Requirements
- Experience with data extraction/wrangling
- Experience using analytic tools such as: Databricks, SQL, R, Python, PySpark, Power BI or Tableau
- Comfort working with large datasets and telling stories with data
- Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing a plus
Responsibilities
- Assess the marketing landscape to identify best practices, shifting trends, and areas of opportunity
- Analyze member data to identify opportunities to better understand and predict customer needs and behaviors
- Write and create business rules for use in machine learning models to further Member personalization
- Develop and prioritize recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Develop and present analytic findings to stakeholders (including senior executives)
- Become acquainted with the functioning of the team

- To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
