The Business Analytics & Data Science Team at the company is looking to solve complex, high-value business problems by applying advanced data science, statistical modeling, and business intelligence to uncover insights that drive strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with data extraction/wrangling
- Experience using analytic tools such as: Databricks, SQL, R, Python, PySpark, Power BI or Tableau
- Basic knowledge of marketing a plus
- Experience with machine learning models
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and business intelligence
- Experience with large datasets and data storytelling
Responsibilities
- Assess the marketing landscape to identify best practices, shifting trends, and areas of opportunity
- Analyze member data to identify opportunities to better understand and predict customer needs and behaviors
- Write and create business rules for use in machine learning models to further Member personalization
- Develop and prioritize recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Develop and present analytic findings to stakeholders (including senior executives)
- Developing new marketing models to measure the influence of our campaigns on business outcomes
- Writing and testing business rule indicators to power our marketing automation tools
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, with exposure to Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or other related fields.
- A passion for analytics and data-driven problem solving
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and think outside of the box
- Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills
