Navy Federal Credit Union is looking to enhance its Omnichannel platform, which includes web applications, mobile applications, chatbots, and an automated phone response system. The objective is to provide best-in-class financial solutions for members and staff by developing new features and improvements.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the analyst team with research, analysis and documentation work
- Learn and become proficient using the tools needed to do the assigned tasks
- Identify business requirements (e.g. needs, objectives, functions, features, input and output)
- Learn new technologies and business flows as needed and adapt to the new environment quickly
- Shadow senior analysts to understand their nature of work and help them with their feature work
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.
- To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
