Navy Federal Credit Union is looking to enhance its Omnichannel platform, which includes web applications, mobile applications, chatbots, and an automated phone response system. The objective is to provide best-in-class financial solutions for members and staff by developing new features and improvements.

Requirements

  • Basic skills in analyzing, researching, and organizing problems or work processes to develop technical solutions
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and awareness to ask questions when needed
  • Demonstrated a commitment to excellence, a dedication to producing quality work results, and an ability to learn and apply new skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the analyst team with research, analysis and documentation work
  • Learn and become proficient using the tools needed to do the assigned tasks
  • Identify business requirements (e.g. needs, objectives, functions, features, input and output)
  • Learn new technologies and business flows as needed and adapt to the new environment quickly
  • Shadow senior analysts to understand their nature of work and help them with their feature work
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.
  • To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
