Navy Federal Credit Union is looking to streamline and standardize operations with Enterprise Platform Engineering Services (EPES) and its partners to achieve a high degree of transparency and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in programming (e.g., Java, Python, C++ or others)
- Preferred experience in data manipulation (e.g., databases, ETL tools, etc.)
- Preferred experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or others)
- Experience with low code / no code development in Platforms such as Pega, MS Power Platform, and/or Service Now
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Experience with MS Office documents
- Experience with gen AI-based initiatives
Responsibilities
- Federated development governance model for EPES anchor platforms, to serve its customers
- Collaboratively develop measurement tools and displays including those in PowerBI or other data visualization tools
- Collaboratively draft content for RACIs, guidebooks, playbooks, templates, MS Office documents or other assets that can be utilized by a broad team of stakeholders, developers or leaders
- Hands-on low code / no code development in Platforms such as Pega, MS Power Platform, and/or Service Now as applicable
- Support event and broad communications management within EPES
- Conduct research on technical best practices to inform governance models
- Support gen AI-based initiatives for personal productivity
Other
- Enrolled in and successfully pursuing a bachelor degree in computer science, management information systems, artificial intelligence, business, operations or organizational management
- Highly articulate in written, spoken and audience presentation channels/settings
- Experienced in communications with large audiences
- Preferred experience in negotiations / conflict resolution situations and or sales
- Ability to work Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
