The Enterprise Strategy team at Navy Federal is looking to develop, enhance, implement, and measure the organization's Enterprise Strategy while providing consultative services and expertise to ensure alignment with business unit strategies across the credit union.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, banking, or market research is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Experience with strategic planning and scenario modeling
- Experience with benchmarking and business case development
- Experience with data visualization and presentation tools
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Synthesize internal and external data to identify strategic opportunities, risks, and performance improvement areas.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Support strategic planning processes, including scenario modeling, benchmarking, and business case development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses and align on strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, market shifts, and regulatory developments that may impact the business.
- Perform other ad hoc analysis and projects
Other
- Currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent graduate degree with a focus in Strategy, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information into executive-ready insights.
