Navy Federal Credit Union's Lending Automation Technology & Solutions (LATS) team needs to support multiple applications utilized by all Lending Business Units. The Summer Associate will work on process automation delivery, ranging from analysis to application development and support.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer science or related field, programming skills and knowledge of C-Sharp, Visual studio and/or web technologies
Responsibilities
- Analyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, service specific practices, standards and metrics/statistics
- Use elicitation techniques to gather information/requirements at the right level of detail and scope to represent all of the stakeholder's needs
- Analyze, define and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls and output
- Develop test plans, test criteria, scenarios and documentation; ensure acceptance of delivered solutions
- Conduct and/or facilitate user acceptance testing to include developing and executing test cases, communication with project teams, validating and documenting results
- Collaborate with key partners in development and delivery of solutions

- Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related degree
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Research, analysis, and documentation skills
- To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
