Debit Projects & Analysis is a division within Savings & Membership with a focus on developing and optimizing business strategies, product portfolios, and operational processes that enhance member value and strengthen organizational performance. Our objective is to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that improve product performance, inform decision-making, and ensure long-term competitiveness.
Requirements
- Experience with research, analysis, and data manipulation
- Knowledge of, or experience using, data and analytics tools such as PowerBI, Databricks, SQL, SPSS Modeler, R, Tableau, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, product performance, and competitor strategies.
- Support the development of business cases, financial models, and forecasts to inform decision-making.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements across product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, finance, research, and technology to support strategic initiatives.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Contribute to special projects designed to enhance the member experience and improve organizational performance.

- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn about strategy and product development.
