The Security & NFFG Team within NFCU's Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is dedicated to innovating and delivering technology products and services to protect and safeguard members' data, assets, and portfolio. The team needs to define processes, research solutions, and develop automation to improve efficiency and data analysis capabilities.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for application development including determining, developing, testing, and implementing system requirements; designing, coding, debugging applications
- Familiarity and working knowledge of Python, Java or other programming languages
- Ability to perform data analysis, finding issues, and providing resolution
- Understanding process management, process automation, and automation testing
- Understanding of systems architecture (Distributed and Mainframe)
- Ability to conduct research and analysis and make recommendations
- Ability to analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls, and output
Responsibilities
- Research and recommend technological solutions for Product Application data analysis, documentation, validation, and automated testing
- Migrating SharePoint Site under a new Group and migrate all documents with permissions
- Preparing ServiceNow Dashboards
- Define and document process maps to help facilitate efficiency in Security and NFFG Services processes
- Compile, research, analyze, and document Data
- Compile, research, analyze, and document Requirements
- Compile, research, analyze, and document Workflows
