Navy Federal's Information Security Division is looking to enhance operational efficiency, resilience, and scalability across the Security Department by automating and optimizing key processes using Pega and AI.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with experience applying AI to real-world problems.
- Familiarity with Pega or other low-code platforms is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and ability to leverage them to enhance automation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and test Pega workflows for incident response, access management, and compliance tracking.
- Integrate AI models into Pega workflows to enable intelligent routing, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
- Identify manual processes that can benefit from AI-driven automation and assist in developing proof-of-concept solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on usability and performance of AI-enhanced workflows.
- Contribute to reporting and analytics efforts to measure the impact of AI and automation on operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into Pega and AI-enhanced workflows.
- Support troubleshooting and refinement of automation and AI solutions during testing phases.

- To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
