StandardAero is seeking motivated, eager, and innovative students looking to join one of our Engineering Team for the summer/Fall 2026 term to gain hands-on industry experience and learn from experts
Requirements
- Completion of two years of education in engineering related curriculum
- Project Management Experience with CAD and simulation software
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S Principles
- Lean Green Belt Certification preferred
- Project Experience in manufacturing setting preferred
- The ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints
- The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Responsibilities
- Research the viability of a new program or initiative; compile and present statistics
- Clean up, edit and update a database
- Conduct a failure analysis and investigation
- Evaluate and improve efficiency, streamline programs, or cut costs
- Perform a study or survey; analyze and present results
- Compile employee manuals or develop process directions for tasks
- Conduct a cost benefit analysis to upgrade on a specific material/machine

- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
- The ability to sit for extended periods of time
