RGA is seeking summer interns for the Global Technology department to learn and work side-by-side with technology teams, contributing to impactful and relevant projects that align with RGA's strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office application experience (Excel, Word, Visio, Teams, SharePoint) Preferred
- Familiarity with MS Project or equivalent project management tools Preferred
- Introductory knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle Preferred
Responsibilities
- Creates and manages project plans, tracks project progress against milestones, captures, tracks and communicates progress reports, prepares project team meeting agendas, facilitates project discussions and produces notes.
- Performs increasingly complex analysis including gathering, formatting, and presenting financial information and other operational metrics across the department / program.
- Produces increasingly complex correspondence, collects data and produces spreadsheets, assembles data and produces reports and develops presentation materials as needed.
- Coordinates and maintains schedules for individuals and groups; plans, facilitates and oversees internal meetings and events as directed.
Other
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or other data or technology-related majors)
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
- Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner
