Allegion is looking to enhance its IoT enabled security hardware by developing cloud API/Microservices, and Web applications. The software engineering intern will contribute to building best-in-class solutions that allow this hardware to perform advanced functions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language like Python, C, Java Script, Type script etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend microservices and web applications to support various software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Gain hands-on experience with modern backend technologies, APIs, and cloud-based services while contributing to real-world projects.

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant discipline.
