PACCAR Parts has an opening for a Customer Experience Analytics summer intern to gain exposure and experience in the Customer Experience process by working directly with one of four Customer Experience departments.
Requirements
Utilize SQL/Python to provide business insight and automate processes
Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Develop and update dashboards and analytics on customer service data
Update existing dashboards to make data visually appealing and simple to both navigate and comprehend for end-users
