The Technology & Data Strategy team within the Land, Environmental and Permitting Services (LEAPS) Organization needs to drive integrated, cross-organizational solutions. This role will provide practical and relevant insights from data to support strategic and informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Oversees analysts engaged in researching, data gathering and maintaining, analyzing information to identify trends, measure performance.
- Provides information used in business decision making or strategy formulation.
- Recommends business process improvement, quality control and special projects.
- Plans and delegates staff assignments.
- Ensures process efficiencies and consistency in reporting methods and output.
- Works on analysis projects of moderate scope, impact and/or complexity, primarily affecting one department or a small line of business.
- Directs team in completing reports and analysis.
