Advanced Drainage Systems needs to ensure their raw material products meet required specifications and quality standards before delivery, requiring oversight of lab quality technicians and testing processes.
Requirements
- Understanding of quality control/assurance principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Knowledge of manufacturing and plastics processing
- Quality inspection, plastics processing
- 3+ years of experience in quality management
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track annual calibration and recertification of test and measurement equipment
- Measure and report lab compliance to standard to plant management and RM QA management
- Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure finished RM products meet required specifications and quality standards before delivery
- Oversee in hiring and training of lab technicians
- Conduct reviews of lab technicians with feedback from plant management
- Communicate quality standards and parameters to lab, plant and other personnel as appropriate
- Analyze test data to identify areas of growth or improvement and provide related reports to plant and RM QA management

- 2-Year degree minimum or equivalent work experience
