The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced or Senior Supplier Quality Specialist to support the Supplier Quality Regional Operation team. The role is responsible for overseeing suppliers' Quality Management Systems, evaluating product quality improvement plans, and ensuring products meet Boeing's type designs and arrive in proper compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 3+ years' experience of conducting/leading Quality Management Systems (QMS) Audits
- 3+ years’ experience of conducting Quality investigations, Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments
- Able to travel up to 75% of the time
- Proficient in MS Office tool suite and project management software tools
- Working knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as FMEA, control plans, SPC and MSA
- Working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and AS9145
Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products
- Documents and reports audit and assessment results
- Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements
- Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work
- Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives
- Resolves routine issues and concerns
- Assists with and drives root cause investigations and effective corrective actions to supplier

- Able to travel up to 75% of the time
- This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at supplier facility, Boeing facility or home office.
- This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
- This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
