Corteva Agriscience is looking to solve challenges in agriculture and seed production by hiring recent graduates into their Seed Operations Development Program (SODP). This program aims to develop future leaders in the company by providing hands-on experience and training in supply chain, data analytics, and operations.
Requirements
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in agriculture, data science, or supply chain is preferred.
- Strong computer and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of production agriculture and supply chain science.
Responsibilities
- Work on project-based initiatives involving AI productivity tools, dashboarding, analytics, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to align supply and demand, optimize the flow of seeds across the value chain, and gain exposure to global supply chain challenges.
- Contribute to executing efficient Seed movement across regions to meet supply plans timeline, in compliance with Trade Compliance requirements, and with a customer and safety focus.
- Gain exposure to global supply chain challenges.
- Help drive day-to-day efficiency through innovative solutions.
Other
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Computer or Data Science, or a related field (recent and upcoming graduates strongly encouraged to apply) with a broad interest in the agriculture industry.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of seed production and supply chain operations.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
