Meta's Data and Cost Analytics team is looking to create metrics that inform and enable critical strategic and operational decisions within the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering organization. The role aims to translate business needs into requirements, identify efficiency opportunities through data, and provide actionable strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of SQL experience and relational database experience (Oracle, MySQL)
- 5+ Years with Tableau experience
- 5+ Years experience working in sourcing management or supporting supply chain data analytics
- Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences
- Experience navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment and prioritizing multiple work threads to maximize impact
- Experience with programming languages such as Python to build statistical models
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, actionable metrics and analytical frameworks
- Lead advanced data analytics projects to support business strategy, identify actionable insights and influence key business partners
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business partners to enhance and optimize our existing tools and data sources
- Intelligently design visualizations that focus on usability and ease of interpretation
- Design, build and launch reliable dashboards that provide meaningful insights across cross-functional global teams
- Deploy data quality checks to ensure high quality of dashboards
- Mentor, guide, lead and manage task assignments for a team of supporting contractors and other analysts to ensure project success
