Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team is looking to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation across finance, supply chain, and IT operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in supply chain operations and/or vendor threat management in the defense space to include SCRM and how it falls within broader supply chain principles
  • 2+ years’ experience leveraging business analysis or data analytics to translate complex data into concise, actionable business insights
  • Strong technical writing and reporting skills
  • Basic proficiency in data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas, normalization) and SQL coding language for relational database queries
  • Hands-on experience developing dashboards in Qlik Sense/QlikView or comparable BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation (pandas, SQLAlchemy, or similar)
  • Experience managing datasets in DoD’s Advana platform (Databricks/Qlik)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including guest access, workspace maintenance, supply and equipment management, and personnel onboarding/offboarding
  • Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external meetings, including room setup, MS Teams or conference line support, note-taking, and tracking of action items
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, talking points, and briefing materials; coordinate task assignments and ensure compliance using systems such as CATMS
  • Track and respond to FOIA requests in coordination with legal and executive offices; manage document control, versioning, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain and update internal websites, SOPs, and policy documentation to reflect current procedures and support strategic communications
  • Implement and monitor internal control measures to mitigate compliance risks; support audits by preparing responses, corrective action plans, and milestone tracking
  • Manage contract transition activities and provide strategic coordination for leadership initiatives, including content development, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration
