The Marzetti Company is seeking a Supply Chain Program Data Analyst to drive data analytics for supply chain initiatives, focusing on network equipment reliability, production operation statistical process control (SPC), and risk management to improve business outcomes and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong statistical process control knowledge
- Strong process focus and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of Planisware and Microsoft Power BI
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Working knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Certified statistician and experience with risk management and statistical process control is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing and supply chain environment; 3+ years in Project Management or supporting projects
Responsibilities
- The individual will build or assist the operational leaders with project charters that clearly define problem statements, goals, measures, scope, and schedules.
- Provide statistical process control training and guidance to the supply chain operation, engineering and quality team.
- Collaborate to develop communication plans, training materials, and engagement strategies to drive successful change initiatives.
- Deliver supply chain commitments and milestones for supply chain projects.
- Influence discussions surrounding product manufacturability, equipment reliability, and business and operation risks.
- Support change management process execution from idea to implementation by setting vision, engaging cross-functional and intra-organizational teams to change the culture.
- Continuously improve the project management toolkits used within Marzetti; enable best practice sharing by ensuring all projects are properly closed out and key learnings are documented.

- Communicate progress and manage expectations of key stakeholders at all levels as appropriate.
- Know when to escalate roadblocks.
- Develop and disseminate status reports in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience)
- Occasional travel to plants or meetings is required (10-15%).
