The business problem is to find an intern who can solve a problem or implement an improvement in the supply chain organization, ultimately preparing them for a front-line manager role in one of the Sales & Distribution Centers or Breweries.
Requirements
- A background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and safety.
- Leverages data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Project work with real business impact – solving a problem or implementing an improvement in the supply chain organization.
- Deep dive into support functions, and exposure to senior leaders throughout the program.
- Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term career potential through leadership & functional training.
- Upon successful completion of the project, you will be given the opportunity to present your results to the Leadership Team.

- Current university student with a GPA 3.0 or greater.
- Demonstrates leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
- Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations.
