Requirements
- 1 year of experience developing, supporting or implementing [packaged] application software
- 6 months experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve functional issues that arise post implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions.
- Work with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies.
- Perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner.
- Primary activities include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support.
Other
- Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
- Requires up to 50% travel.
