The Support Developer is responsible for the investigation, triage, and resolution of production issues and bugs that impact platform stability and user experience. This role ensures operational continuity by addressing technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Sr. C-Sharp Developer (5+ years)
- MSSQL
- Microsoft Web API
- Familiarity with XAML-based technologies (UWP, WPF, Xamarin); experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues and software defects in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Design and implement C-Sharp and XAML-based platform components.
- Provide technical support for client implementations, assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and support processes, tools, and documentation.
