Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Support Technician / Developer to support core IT operations by performing essential database changes, processing documentation, and ensuring system access integrity to maintain efficient business operations.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of database management and basic SQL.
- Previous experience in a similar role required
Responsibilities
- Perform and validate basic database updates, including Bill of Materials (BOM) changes, lot rollbacks, and related modifications.
- Process and maintain accurate IT documentation, records, and system access forms (e.g. CAMS).
- Provide technical support to the IT team and assist in troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of IT processes within daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all database changes and system updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
Other
- One year or more of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment or operations-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

- High School Diploma required
