Bohler is looking for Survey Technician Interns to assist with land development consulting and site design services, preparing various types of surveys and ensuring project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Prepare ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary & Topographic Surveys and As-built Surveys
- Create surveys from field crew data collector files (points), field sketches, digital photographs and reference maps
- Generate surfaces using 3d polylines & points
- Perform field calculations, field sketches and site photographs under the direction of the crew chief
- Quality control
- Operate a Trimble total station, GPS unit and data collector
- Upload and download files from computer

Other
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering or related field
- Effective written and communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and with team members
- Coordinate project requirements with team members and provide assistance when necessary to complete required tasks
- Other duties as assigned
