Graham Technologies is seeking a Sustainment Data Analyst to integrate and analyze complex, diverse logistics data from multiple theaters of operation, transforming it into actionable insights for mission-critical decision-making on a global scale.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of military logistics systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools such as ESRI, Google Earth, or Palantir.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, data visualization tools, and presenting geospatial data to support sustainment decision-making.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics analytics, geospatial analysis, or related roles supporting military operations.
- Must possess active DoD Top Secret/SCI
- Demonstrated ability to brief senior military and government leaders, translating complex logistics data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, including timely response to taskers and participation in operational working groups (e.g., B2C2WGs).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise Sustainment Systems used across multiple network domains (e.g., Unclassified, Classified and Coalition).
- Ensure USCENTCOM J4 Tools are fully operational, current, and validated with data from authoritative logistics sources as well as bottom-up system reporting at the tactical/operational level.
- Manage user access controls and tailor data fields to meet evolving mission and operational requirements.
- Produce KML files and other GIS-based outputs that provide interactive, real-time visual representations of sustainment data, enhancing situational awareness for the J4 Director and staff during planning and execution.
- Assist in the design and implementation of intuitive data mapping solutions that connect complex logistics data to geospatial visuals, improving user interpretation and enabling faster, more informed decisions.
- Analyze, map, and document end-to-end logistics workflows to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and improve the accessibility, visibility, and accuracy of sustainment data across the enterprise.
- Administer and maintain SharePoint environments across NIPR and SIPR networks, supporting secure, organized, and efficient access to sustainment and logistics data.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Communicate effectively-both orally and in writing-with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, share findings, and support informed decision-making.
- Foster collaborative relationships across directorates, functional teams, and partner organizations to ensure unity of effort and shared situational awareness.
- Respond to taskers and data calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring responsiveness and alignment with command priorities.
- Participate in various Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WGs), providing informed input on sustainment matters and ensuring accurate representation of data-driven insights.
