Deluxe Media Inc. is looking to solve the problem of developing, delivering, and evolving its core technology platforms across the enterprise, supporting the full content lifecycle for Media & Entertainment.
Requirements
- Strong experience building SaaS, cloud-native, and API-first platforms—ideally in the Media & Entertainment, content management, or enterprise software domain
- Strong experience in software development across multiple languages and technical implementations, including the ability to review and architect in modern code variants, databases and architectures (.NET, Java, Python, React, PostgresSQL, MongoDB RestAPI and Microservices stack approach)
- Proven success delivering scalable platforms under high-throughput and low-latency requirements
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid development environments across both product and project-oriented initiatives
- Experience in AI/ML and data platform architecture is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Lead distributed engineering teams in building and maintaining cloud-native systems and microservice architectures
- Champion modern engineering principles including CI/CD, test automation, DevOps, and secure software development practices
- Oversee technical strategy for enterprise-scale data platforms and AI/ML enablement within production workflows
- Provide oversight for system architecture decisions, technical debt management, and platform evolution to support future capabilities
- Ensure transparency and performance tracking across all engineering efforts using relevant KPIs, SLAs, Github, and agile metrics
- Build relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and clients to align roadmaps and support co-development efforts
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

- 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including 10+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, distributed software engineering teams
- Passion for building inclusive, resilient engineering cultures that value quality, automation, and customer-centric design
- Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate across functions to translate business objectives into technical execution
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating with executive stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences in all levels of the organization from senior executives to entry-level engineers
