Requirements
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge in AI/ML and data technologies, with expertise in Python and Java
- Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring, Python, and Angular/React
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, Scikit-learn)
- Proven track record of managing and executing multiple high-impact LLM-based projects, balancing delivery speed with quality
Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering specific project deliverables as an AI Engineer
- Providing guidance to the engineering team on building new LLM applications and leveraging existing AI applications
- Improving the productivity of the engineering organization by infusing AI into our coding standards and practices
- Acting as the AI projects design authority
- Shaping best practices and methodologies within the team
Other
- Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work effectively on multiple concurrent assignments with both AI and non-AI application projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Travel 5-10% of the time
