Requirements
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge in AI/ML and data technologies, with expertise in Python and Java.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring, Python, and Angular/React.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience in developing scalable AI pipelines and integrating models into real-time systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and software development.
Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering specific project deliverables as an AI Engineer.
- Providing guidance to the engineering team on building new LLM applications and leveraging existing AI applications.
- Improving the productivity of the engineering organization by infusing AI into our coding standards and practices.
- Acting as the AI projects design authority.
- Shaping best practices and methodologies within the team.
- Design code and systems that touch 40% of the world population while influencing Visa’s internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability.

- Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or closely related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineer-related occupation.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple concurrent assignments with both AI and non-AI application projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
