Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience with meaningful contributions to production systems.
- Full-stack fluency with comfort building end-to-end features across backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
- Familiarity with Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
- Experience working in regulated environments or handling sensitive data (HIPAA).
- Comfort using modern AI tooling to accelerate development and focus on high-leverage work.
- Adaptable with the ability to remain productive and effective amid evolving priorities, requirements, and insights.
- Impact-oriented with the ability to think deeply about the 'why' behind work and optimize for meaningful user and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale internal tooling that streamlines and empowers clinical teams to support with product development.
- Enhance personalization and insights across the client and provider experience.
- Address technical scaling challenges around growing our systems to support increasing load as we scale toward universal access.
- Partner with our internal Telehealth Platform team to incorporate the latest session workflows and ensure a seamless in-session experience.
- Integrate human-in-the-loop AI workflows and use industry best practices to maintain quality and safety, while removing provider administrative burden.
- Build end-to-end features across backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
- Own scoped development work with guidance and effectively contribute to production systems.

- Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
- Travel 2-3 times per year for company and department offsites.
- Hybrid commitment with 3 days per week onsite from NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location.
- Fully remote commitment with occasional travel.
