Micron Technology is seeking an SWR Administrator/Reviewer to maintain and improve SWR business processes, ensuring consistent and reliable engineering experiments and resolving software issues.
Requirements
- 2 years working with experiments applying the SWR system
- 1+ years of Tableau report building experience
Responsibilities
- Using the SWR system, review experiments for correct setup and approve and attach experiments to run in the Fab ensuring compliance to business process
- Create, monitor, and report on metrics around the SWR Business Process and Fab Tracking interaction, to provide data to management and stakeholders
- Identify training opportunities within the SWR business process and design, implement, and evaluate effective solutions to bridge knowledge gaps and champion continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify system improvement opportunities, collaborating across teams to implement solutions that streamline workflows and elevate process outcomes
- Coordinate with SWR User Interface (UI) Subject Matter Experts (SME) to troubleshoot complex SWR-related issues, including defect and enhancement cases, providing timely resolutions and feedback
- Partner with the Technical Documentation and Workforce Development (TDWD) team to ensure the online SWR Writing class stays current, relevant, and aligned with standard processes
- Maintain training reference materials to support user learning and adoption of best practices

- Complete all required safety training and conduct work in accordance with safety policies
- Identifies inefficiencies and works on resolving them through business process changes, training, or system enhancements
- Apply skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel) to efficiently complete tasks
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms to ensure clear and concise information exchange.
- Manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
- Follow basic procedures and work independently with minimal supervision to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Primarily work in an office-based computer workstation
- Mentor new and experienced SWR writers, providing guidance, protocols, and feedback to help them excel in their roles and support overall team success
- AAS or AS Degree and / or STEM related degree; or equivalent, trade school or military training experience
- Ability to work an 8- or 10-hour day shift as needed and to be on call for after hours overtime support as needed
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and IT partners.
