The Cloud Demo Platform (CDP) team is responsible for ensuring that technical sellers have the appropriate systems they need to demonstrate the value of Google Cloud to customers, and the team is looking to solve the problem of providing a seamless demo experience to customers.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience with GCP.
• Experience with APIs and automation.
• Experience with IT Administration (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce or others)
• Experience working in a support role.
• Experience with coding solutions.
• Experience with security administration and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage first and third-party IT environments.
• Research, document, implement Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integration with third-party platforms.
• Build automation solutions that support demo use cases.
• Provide level 2 support for demo infrastructure issues.
• Define and implement how data is managed in demo environments and work with demo engineers on hosting demos.

Other

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain concepts to a broader audience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented group.
• Ability to prioritize work correctly with maximum benefit to customers using Critical User Journey (CUJs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Ability to work in one of the following locations: Austin, TX, USA; Atlanta, GA, USA; Washington D.C., DC, USA
