The Division of Public Safety and Security (DPSS) is looking to enhance and integrate its mission-critical applications to support campus safety and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4 years of direct experience in enterprise-level application integration.
  • Experience overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.
  • Technically fluent in at least one programming language.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with automated integration tools, including Microsoft SQL Data Transformation Services, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, PowerShell, and Transact or T-SQL.
  • Extensive knowledge of relational database design and management techniques, especially with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST.

  • Must pass a law enforcement-level background check (including fingerprinting for CJIS access).
  • All members of the Division of Public Safety and Security (DPSS) are considered Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) under The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. As such, you are required to report Clery reportable offenses that come to your attention. DPSS employees are required to complete Clery Compliance Training within the first 14 days of employment and annually thereafter.
