The Global Manufacturing IT team is looking to solve the problem of supporting and developing automation, MES, and manufacturing related applications to ensure optimum system uptime and availability to all end users on the manufacturing floor.
Requirements
- Knowledge in System Analysis Methodology and System Development
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System, equipment integration, transaction automation & parametric data integration
- Knowledge of Java Programming, AS400, Linux, and Data Integration Services
- Extensive experience in SQL query and database design
- Experienced on Coding standards, organizational programming skills
Responsibilities
- Involve in Support and project development for Automation, MES & Manufacturing related applications including design, development, implementation, maintenance and support.
- Work with business to define manufacturing business specification and requirement.
- Manage applications system uptime to ensure application is optimum and available to all end users in the manufacturing floor.
- Participate in solution research and development works for new technology insertion
- Perform application performance monitoring and implement continuous improvement of applications
- Ensure Operations is always up and resolve support issues in timely manner
Other
- Master/ Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology (minimum 2nd Class Upper)
- 1-3 years working experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) with IT software development experience
- Possess excellent project coordination and database troubleshooting skill
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Sense of responsibility
