Requirements
- In-depth expertise in Apple ecosystem device management, including JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and macOS administration at scale.
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C-Sharp, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain MDM configurations, implementing zero-touch deployment workflows and managing the device lifecycle from provisioning to retirement.
- Implement scalable solutions for managing endpoints, including configuration management, patching, imaging, and reporting.
- Create and maintain scripts and tools to automate device management tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure device configurations comply with internal policies and industry standards (e.g., STIG, NIST).
- Monitor and improve the health, performance, and reliability of device management systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Networking, Identity Access Management, and Security, to deliver seamless device experiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, design documents, and operational runbooks.
