Western Digital System Integration Test Lab is looking for an Engineering Co-Op to assist with power characterization and performance analysis of storage drives, focusing on automation, data analysis, and validation testing.
Requirements
- Application-level scripting/programming (Perl, Tcl, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux-based systems via command line
Responsibilities
- design, implement, document, and validate test automation framework improvements, test scripts, and bug fixes
- configuring systems for test, then monitoring and analyzing drive logs, performance data, system logs, bus signals, etc., to determine test status
- Problems are then isolated, analyzed, and documented as they occur.
- developing and maintaining test scripts and automation.
Other
- Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major.
- The ideal candidate will graduate in 2027.
