Leidos is seeking to solve the technical problem of testing and transitioning the Mission Distribution System (MDS) to TMPC-level test engineering under a Product Assurance contract with the US Navy Cruise Missile Project
Requirements
- Proficiency in relevant computer application languages, technologies, and tools
- Experience in verification and validation: developing test cases, executing procedures, documenting issues, and reporting results
- Operational experience with Tomahawk Mission Distribution System (MDS) and strike planning
- Working knowledge of software engineering, programming, databases (SQL), system interface testing, and test automation
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, software design, specifications, and user documentation
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures (functional, integration, regression, etc.)
- Record, report, and track test results and issues
- Create operational test scenarios and participate in milestone reviews
- Conduct site acceptance testing at domestic and international end-user locations
- Participate in engineering review boards, evaluating products and processes
- Work independently to meet daily objectives and collaborate with internal experts on technical challenges
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Up to 10% travel
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal experts
