Requirements
- Experience with testing and Continuous Integration(CI)/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) principles.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, C++, Java).
- 5 years of experience with distributed systems.
- Experience with compute technologies.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute comprehensive system test strategies that validate full functionality of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) airgap system.
- Take responsibility in team execution, drive validation, automation efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members.
- Plan OKRs, align them with the organizational strategy.
- Maintain a healthy team culture that fosters growth and learning.
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and grow a team of testing engineers.
