The Command-and-Control Center team at Walmart needs to proactively monitor and alert on business-critical systems, mitigate customer impact, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders and leadership. The CCC Retail link team specifically supports over 400 applications critical for supplier and associate operations, providing real-time data for sales, inventory, and customer behavior management.
Requirements
- Python, SQL, Java
- Knowledge on ITIL Framework and Terminologies
- AI knowledge is a plus but not required
- Coding/Scripting knowledge background is a plus
- knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using enterprise level tools (Open Observe, Grafana, Catchpoint)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Drive and escalate complex IT issues related to the Walmart store, Home Office and Supply Chain areas while providing accurate and timely updates to appropriate leaders.
- Work closely with IT, development, and business operations teams.
- Manage team projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Generate reports on system health, incident trends, and KPIs.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
