E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. is looking for a Systems Analyst to define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business requirements, and to devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess extensive experience with IT projects executed under standard systems development life cycles and associated phases and processes.
- Full technical knowledge of most phases of systems analysis needed, but also the ability to consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Possesses knowledge of the development and support of client server applications.
- Demonstrated ability to model, analyze, design, test implement, and maintain complex applications.

Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and maintain comprehensive documentation for security and operational standards, procedures, and workflows.
- Establish and manage document control protocols including versioning, formatting, and distribution.
- Ensure documentation aligns with internal knowledgebase systems and complies with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture technical and procedural knowledge in clear, structured formats.
- Review existing standards and processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend actionable changes to streamline operations.
- Implement approved process changes and monitor adoption and effectiveness.

- Candidate must be client-focused with the ability to articulate the impact of technology to the business value and have knowledge of data management required.
- Must demonstrate understanding of standard project management processes procedures and documents.
- Ability to sit/ stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to move freely for up to 8 hours per day.
