Fidelity is seeking a System Analyst to provide high-quality customer experiences in the WI data domains, building integration products and managing external client implementations for the Workplace Solutions Data-In area.

Requirements

• Exceptional aptitude for business system design and solutions
• Extensive data analysis skills combined with excellent knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Good proficiency in a programming language such as Scala or Python
• Working proficiency of object-oriented programming concepts, specifically Java
• Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON and APIs
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure & AWS is desirable
• Good proficiency in a programming language such as Scala or Python to facilitate large volume data analysis

Responsibilities

• Analysis, solutioning and implementation of Fidelity domain APIs and externalizing them for clients
• Conduct feasibility analysis, plan project deliveries, execute them to completion and provide post go-live warranty
• Work closely with business and technology partners
• Distill business processes and objectives into well-defined epics/stories/requirements
• Tackle challenges using analytical skills and hands on problem-solving skills
• Make timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience and judgment in ambiguous situations
• Perform extensive data analysis using Structured Query Language (SQL)

Other

• BS or above degree
• 2-4 years of experience as a systems analyst, data analyst or data engineer
• Highly effective written and verbal communication
• External client facing project engagement experience is a plus
• Desire to be organized, highly responsive and committed to quality
