The Department of Consumer & Business Services (DCBS) needs to fill two permanent Systems Analyst positions to support its mission of protecting and empowering consumers and workers. These roles are crucial for maintaining and developing the complex software applications that underpin the agency's regulatory functions and data processing.

Responsibilities
- Software application development.
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging within legacy applications.
- Systems analysis and design; including database modeling.
- Software application maintenance.
- Business analysis for complex software applications.

- Design and develop technical solutions for important system enhancements.
Other
- Actively participate as part of a diverse and highly collaborative technical team that serves the Department.
- Key member of a small technical team who serves as the primary connection to its business customers for all things related to their systems, data, and technology.
- Provide key information about your customers’ systems, data, and business processes, to ensure that technical solutions are efficient and high quality.
- Actively work with your team to provide a variety of Tier 2 technical support that is challenging, fast-paced, and includes support of day-to-day operational tasks and daily interaction with customers to troubleshoot, resolve issues, define work, and answer questions.
