Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a Systems and Data Analyst to provide lead systems and data analysis support and sustainment of Tapestry's Global Decision Support System (GDSS) program, which is the primary US Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC) Command and Control (C2) system.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for systems and data solutions
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of requirements and deliverables
- Coordinate release planning activities, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of system updates and enhancements
- Lead testing efforts to validate system functionality, performance, and data integrity, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards
- Provide tier three operational support, troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with technical teams to resolve system-related problems
- Mentor junior analysts and team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in data analysis and systems development

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
