The Boeing Company is seeking a Systems and Data Analyst to join their IT Engineering and Product Support Group to deliver comprehensive software solutions that empower engineering and manufacturing product data for Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), and Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) organizations. The role will support cutting-edge products in BDS programs, Satellite factory, and BCA programs, utilizing key applications such as DevOps, databases, and Boeing-built software to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering current Windows Server 2016 -2019 and Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 10
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting network and hardware issues
- Experience maintaining/configuring Active Directory to include applying domain group policies
- Experience with Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, and Oracle Enterprise Linux
- Experience with automated processes for software updates, security patching and routine maintenance
- Experience with storage and backup technologies and best practices
- Experience with migrating from legacy platforms to new infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications
- Gathers and evaluates end user requirements
- Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality
- Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements
- Performs system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture
- Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems
- Administers users’ system access and works to protect information to meet security and IT compliance requirements

- Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedules
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
