Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Oklahoma City seeking a Systems Developer experienced in troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting enterprise-level applications. This role focuses heavily on problem-solving and bug resolution while collaborating closely with business users and technical teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Linc or LION, or similar languages like COBOL, Pascal, Progress, or DELPHI/VB.
- Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills in a support-driven environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly communication.
- 2+ years of experience in software support or development.
- Exposure to ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Responsibilities
- Debug, fix, and optimize existing systems to support day-to-day business operations.
- Investigate and resolve application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical issues and implement solutions.
- Provide clear documentation and contribute to system lifecycle support.
- Communicate progress and technical updates with both technical and non-technical teams.
