EverWatch is looking to hire a Systems Engineer to help advance the technological capabilities of the Intelligence Community by designing, developing, and evolving systems with advanced technology solutions, ultimately strengthening defenses and ensuring mission success for critical government missions.
Requirements
- Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets
- Experience with continuous monitoring of missions systems
- Experience capturing systems requirements, documenting in various formats, and leading design and development activities
- Experience supporting development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python
- Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems
Responsibilities

- provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls
- performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets
- continuous monitoring of missions systems
Other
- 1+ year of experience in engineering field
- Ability to work a shift schedule
- Ability to act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS Diploma or GED OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivelant technical field in lieu of experience
