BigBear.ai is looking to solve the problem of integrating and supporting various software components in a secure container architecture for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC)
Requirements
- Proven experience in Linux environments
- Proficiency in scripting languages, including Bash and Python
- Experience with OCP or similar container environment
- A strong understanding of Kubernetes and OpenShift Container Platform
- DoD IAT Level II Certification, such as Security + CE, CISSP, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of an Object-Oriented Programming Language, such as Java
- Experience developing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting software solutions
Responsibilities
- Integrate a variety of software components in a secure container architecture working with cross functional teams to debug critical issues
- Support the migration of containerized workflows from platforms such as Docker Swarm and/or Kubernetes
- Development of CI/CD Build and Deployment Pipelines
- Write/modify Jenkins-based groovy scripts
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes, including tasks such as staging/unstaging builds, automating branch tagging, and correcting variances across networks
- Integrate tools into the pipeline
- Work with the development teams to bring in new microservices into the pipeline
Other
- A Bachelor’s degree requires 9 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree requires 7 years of relevant experience, and a PhD requires 4 years of relevant experience
- Must maintain an active TS/SCI with current poly
- Ability to work on-site in Herndon, VA
- Must be a US citizen due to TS/SCI with Polygraph requirement
